Monthly Task Force Meeting (Omaha)
Nebraskans for Peace Palestinian Rights Task Force has monthly meetings on the 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are a great opportunity to meet fellow activists, get a closer look at what we are working on, or learn about some aspect of the struggle for Palestinian liberation. Newcomers welcome.

Pal Dot Art Build (Omaha)
Bring your own surfaces (blank yard signs, poster board, sheets, t-shirts, pumpkins—anything you can paint on!) and make your sign with our watermelon design stencils and paint. We’re hoping to see these Pal Dots all over Omaha—not only in yards but also around the city, from public spaces to local businesses! Let’s paint in solidarity and spread the message everywhere.

Restorative Yoga for Palestine (Omaha)
Join us for a healing yoga practice led by a certified yoga instructor at The Church / Art House. Restorative practices are necessary to prevent activism fatigue and maintain our bodies and minds so we can keep fighting for Palestine. Bring a mat or a towel and be in community with us.
Suggested $10 donation. Proceeds will go to Nebraskans for Palestine and the Al-Hindawi family in Gaza.
**Please note this building is not accessible as there are stairs to get inside and to the bathroom.**

“How Do Movements Achieve Transformation” Watch Party & Discussion (Omaha)
How do movements achieve transformation? How do we engage in the movement for Palestinian Liberation here in the U.S.? Here in Omaha? Attend the Nebraska Study Series for Palestine to learn more. This multi-part event takes place over three days in November.
November 3rd: Watch and discuss “How Do Movements Achieve Transformation” from the People’s Conference for Palestine. We’ll explore how anti-imperialist liberation movements can inform our strategy today.
November 9th: Deep dive into “The Movement for Palestine in North America,” examining the history of Palestinian political organizing here and what it means today.
November 14th: Local leaders and organizers will guide breakout sessions to strengthen your skills and our collective movement.
You may attend 1, 2, or all 3 days. The first two days will consist of watch-parties where we will view live-recorded panel sessions from the People’s Conference for Palestine, held in Detroit in May 2024. Members of Nebraskans for Palestine who attended the conference will assist in facilitating a guided group discussion post-viewing on day 1 & 2.

Day 3 of the Nebraska Study Series for Palestine. Local leaders, teachers, organizers, and more gather to facilitate breakout sessions that will not only strengthen the movement for Palestinian liberation, but advocacy skills in all areas of life.
Breakout options include:

- How to Talk About Palestine with Friends and Family
- Student Teach-In
- Resistance Art
- De-Escalation Training
- Healing Through Movement
