How it Works

You can view the art in person at one of our two viewing events, or view them online in the GalaBid platform. All bids will be made online through GalaBid, so please no cash! One of our volunteers will be happy to help you create an online bid if you need support.

Once you place a bid on an item, others will have the chance to bid against you at a higher price. The person who has the highest bid will purchase the item. You will be notified if someone bids on an item you want, and you will have the opportunity to increase your bid. Final auction bids will be accepted until 10 PM on Saturday 9/26, so if you find an art piece you love be sure to have your phone nearby.

We will also host raffles for several items. Raffle tickets will be purchased through GalaBid, and raffle winners will be randomly selected by GalaBid. The more tickets you purchase, the higher your chance of winning your preferred raffle item!

We will coordinate with all winners directly to facilitate the pick-up/delivery of their purchase artwork or raffle prize.
